West Cheshire Network

West Cheshire Network provides services to Adults with a learning disability in Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston. Our services are provided to people who live in their own homes in the community who need support ranging from 1hr per day to 24hrs per day. Some of our service users live alone, others live in houses with up to 4 tenants. A large percentage live at home with family and use our services on a short term planned basis to give themselves or their carers a break.

Currently there are approximatley170 staff working within the West Cheshire Network. This includes:

1 Assistant Team Manager Stuart Challinor.
7 Group Leaders.
5 Administrative staff.
155 support staff.
Each of the Group Leaders manages a specific service area and takes responsibility for training and developing their staff.
