Margaret Ainslie, Chairperson
Margaret has been our chairperson since 2005. None of her family are service users but she is a keen Friends supporter
Norma Duffy, Secretary
Norma is a founder member of The Friends and has been our secretary since the beginning. Norma is foster carer to Jodie who has profound learning disabilities and uses the short break service.
John Barker, Treasurer
John is a founder member of The Friends and has been our treasurer ever since. John's son lives at Dover Drive in the specialist service.
Iris Barker
Iris is John's wife and also a founder member.
Margaret Percival
Margaret is also a founder member. Her daughter Joanne lives at Dover Drive in the specialist service.
Winifred McGlown
Winifred joined The Friends when her son Bernard went to live at Dover Drive in 2003. She is a contact for Cheshire Deafness Support Network and a volunteer with volunteers with in partnership.
Marion Redfern
Marion joined The Friends in 2001 when her son Jimmy went to live at Dover Drive. Jimmy is autistic with severe learning difficulties. Marion is a carer representative on the Cheshire Learning Disability Partnership Board.
